Hello and welcome

My personal purpose statement reads: «I support myself and others in creating ways of interacting and collaborating that have the power to generate tangible change in the world. Everything big starts with a small seed.»

I want to take you along a journey of exploration of the topics in my purpose, with a special emphasis on the small seeds that allow something big to grow, but also all the other elements.

— How can we get the support and give the support that is needed to dream up new things and to change what we don't like about the world around us?

— How can we interact in ways that are more connecting, more human, more sustainable, in the workplace, but also in our friendships, our family, our communities?

— What is true collaboration between humans? How do we need to organize, to get things done, so that we truly advance our projects, our causes, our common dreams?

— and how can we think big, really shake up things, work on tangible change in the world?

I have been on this journey for almost 40 years. I want to share the insights, ideas, trainwrecks, doubts, joys and experiences I had and have to support myself and you in future endeavours.

This journey is full of surprises, experiments, failures, laughter, mourning and beauty. I am happy to share it with you and hope that it shapes the way you approach new ideas in your life.
